We pay cell phone bill and US$100 a week in gas for reps driving door to door or driving to appointments. we offer blitz's in pretty much every state for solar and roofing for experienced knockers and closers. We pay for housing food and split the plane ticket.

• Comissions: With solar we have $1,000 commission payouts the week after the customer signs and qualifies for solar. For roofing we pay out $1,000 a couple days after The claim gets approved. The rest of commission comes the week after we receive the insurance claim check from the customer.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals who are passionate about providing quality service to our customers. Ideal candidates will have experience in roofing, solar installation, or home improvement services, though we also welcome individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry. We hire in all states except for Hawaii Alaska, Florida and California.
